Claudia Skoda is the doyenne of fashion design in Berlin, Europe’s stop over from east to west.

She works solely with knitwear, creating dazzling effects that compliment the female form. Skoda loves strong colours, experimental fabrics and designs that work seamlessly on the body.

Claudia Skoda’s pieces are instantly recognisable.  Her sexy, figure hugging designs have been her signature style right from the time when she set up in Berlin during the 1970s.

This skin tight collection for the summer combines the natural with the man-made. This silk yarn is adorned with flower-shaped transfers.

Skoda is Berlin born.  Her career was in full flow during the height of Berlin’s punk era when she hung out with David Bowie and Iggy Pop

Skoda took her wild style to New York for a number of years during the 80s before returning to her beloved Berlin – tempting to people who want something a little different from the traditional fashion scenes in Europe and America.
